Super Bills

We know that sometimes using insurance can really help the financial aspect of treatment. Therefore, we do provide a Super Bill to those who request it for reimbursement purposes. A Super Bill itemizes the services rendered, how much you paid for your services, and a diagnosis. Please note, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits and to make sure what percentage of the therapist’s fees, if any, will be reimbursable.
